What you can expect
You and your guest will receive your massage treatments in a private room that has been specially designated and set up for couples massage. You are always welcome come to our facility with another person and receive private massages in separate rooms, but you won’t have the same shared experience that a couples massage offers. Before your massages begin, the LMTs working with each of you will ask you questions designed to gain an understanding of your unique needs and concerns, in order to customize and tailor your massage treatment.
Our Newport Beach location has designed our couples massage rooms with much thought and consideration, to make your experience as pleasant as it can possibly be. Soft music, soft lights, relaxing colors and aromas, and subtle décor create an environment you can easily relax in.
During your massage, your LMT will periodically communicate with you, to be sure the amount of applied pressure is appropriate. He or she will also want to know if you desire more work on any particular area of your body, such as the shoulders and neck. Whatever you are feeling, be sure to let your LMT know – our staff wants you to have the best massage experience possible.
A full-body massage releases toxins from your body, allowing your Chi to flow freely. Therefore, after your massage we’ll provide both you and your guest with fresh filtered water – it’s just as important to hydrate after a massage as it is after you exercise. While you and your guest relax and drink, we’ll be available for any feedback you wish to offer.
You can enhance your massage experience by adding an elevation. Elevations are extras that compliment the massage experience – aromatherapy, hot stones, foot scrubs, or hot towel cold stone face massage.
